Returns & Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing a Beetle Bike! We hope your child enjoys riding it as much as we enjoyed creating it.

We take great care in getting the Beetle Bike ready to ride. This includes careful designing that ensures that the Bike is as safe as it is beautiful, and is followed by a series of tests to ensure that the assembly and installation is correct.

We have also shared all important dimensions of the bike on our website to help parents decide on the right size of the bike before going ahead with the purchase. This will ensure that you don’t have the disappointment of buying an incorrect size for your child.

Returns/Exchanges:

Bikes

We do not allow returns or exchanges of bikes sold on beetlebikes.in. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend that you be very sure of the size of the bike before buying.

In case of receiving a damaged component/product, we will send in a free replacement for the damaged part. We may ask for image(s) of the damaged area to understand the exact component that needs replacement.

Exchanges for unopened boxes may be allowed depending upon the location of the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will have to bear the logistics costs of returning the existing product and the logistics costs of sending in a replacement.

Refunds are not allowed on bikes under any condition. However, the buyer will always be under the safety of the Beetle Bikes warranty promise.

What is covered:

We allow replacement/returns on almost all accessories. Do check the product page to know if a specific accessory is not covered under this program.

For returns/exchanges, the product will have to be returned in the original packaging and should not have been used by the buyer.

Refunds:

All refunds will be processed after receiving the original accessory back. The product and packaging will be checked by the Beetle Bikes team before approval for refund is granted. Once the refund is processed, it may take upto 7 days to reflect in the buyer’s account from which the payment was made.

If refund is not possible to the original account, we may ask for bank details to do an NEFT transfer directly to your account.
